he might have been a cop saying if a suspect pointed a taser at him he would use deadly force. i’d say that’s justifiable but I don’t know if id have the guts to kill someone for pointing a taser at me
Good point. Tasers are also safe for use on those with pacemakers. The only chance I can see of danger is if the pacemaker surgery was lousy and somehow a dart was shot into the pacemaker itself. There are no amps, only volts. Amps are what fry people, the voltage just causes your muscles to contract involuntarily.
Tasers don’t kill! What the hell? Those are people with massive heart conditions. Tasers don’t “hurt”. They shock you…not even…they tense up your muscles. That’s the purpose. All it is, is an awful discomfort. Police tase other officers for performance results!
Nice attitude. I have been tasered. Used properly, it is not fatal unless you are seriously messed up on drugs that ***** with your heart….in which case it’s your own damn fault (crack?). If a taser is pointing at you then you have already done something you shouldn’t. Way to be a good citizen by threatening to shoot the people that put their lives on the line every day. If you really want taser data just look up what the Board of Correctional Health Care has to say about it. They know.
